All tours and workshops must be paid for in advance and a ticket produced on arrival.

Please arrive for your tour/walk 5 minutes before the start time and have our contact telephone number with you in case you are delayed. 

The tour or workshop will start on time and any late arrivals will have to meet us on the route. If you miss the start of tour we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join us and you will not be refunded.

If the walk or tour is delayed due to clients lateness or inability to keep up we will still finish at the stated time.

Clients are not allowed to bring any non-paying family or friends.

Children under 16 are not allowed.

Unfortunately, our tours and workshops are not wheelchair accessible but service animals are allowed.

Clients agree to undertake any tour/walk at their own risk to themselves, possessions and their equipment and we will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any injury, accident or loss that may occur during a tour. As such please ensure you have the correct level of insurance to suit your needs and all claims must be settled directly with them.

Tours are not transferable to another person without permission from us.

Our tours and walks are usually held in all weather conditions. However, if the weather is really hazardous or we are unable to proceed due to security measures etc; we would then re-schedule an alternative date or offer a full refund.

In the event we have to cancel due to lack of numbers, as much notice as possible will be given to the client. We will either re-schedule an alternative date or offer a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any client turning up either drunk, on drugs or in an unfit state, including illness. No refund will be given.

Ticket fee does not include entry to any attractions photographed during the tour.

Photographs of attendees may be taken during our tours/walks for promotional purposes to be used on our website and social media accounts. When purchasing a ticket you agree to allow us to use the images. Please contact us.If for any reason you wish for an image of yourself to be removed. 

Please make sure your camera is fully charged, carry any spare batteries, and have plenty of memory card space.

Food and drink, lunch, gratuities are not included.
